Mary of Bethany (pictured above), listening attentively to Jesus, is our model for hearing Scripture at ever deepening levels of understanding. Lectio Divina is a traditional Christian way of facilitating this deeper movement in prayer. A brief presentation on the method of Lectio Divina will be followed by two prayer periods in which to experience Lectio Divina for yourself.
